Harbor

For this series, I have been inspired by the powerfulness of the harbour and industrial plants. The reduction from techical steel giants to delicate creatures turned out to be an amazing new challenge that requires humour and imagination from the side of the viewer. The gathering of the motives for my work started at the port of Antwerp and after led me to old reloading points and modern port facilities (among others) in Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Brake and the Ruhr area.
